Harm Reduction Framework
Harm reduction is a set of practical strategies aimed at reducing negative consequences associated with drug use. It's also a movement for social justice built on belief in, and respect for, the rights of people who use drugs.
Quality of Life Focus
Prioritizes individual and community well-being over cessation of use
Non-judgmental Approach
Non-coercive provision of services and resources to those who need them
User Empowerment
Drug users themselves as the primary agents of reducing harm

Experience
I bring 20 years of experience working with trauma and a broad range of addictions and other challenges. My approach is grounded in deep empathy and completely non-judgmental. I understand that trauma is complex and affects each person uniquely, often leading to incidences and behaviors that may unintentionally hurt ourselves or others. This is not a reflection of personal inadequacy, but rather a natural human response to cope with life's pressures. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, which prioritizes creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences without fear of criticism or rejection.
I am committed to walking alongside you for as long as you need on your journey back to you, helping you uncover the healthier, happier parts of yourself that I strongly believe are waiting for you to find and acknowledge. Together, we foster open communication, patience, self-compassion, and validation. Together we create space for your strengths to grow and for you to experience life in a more empowered and joyful way.
